Last updated: 21 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Sornova Studio collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have under Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Sornova Studio ("Sornova", "we"), based in Hanoi, Vietnam, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can reach us through the contact page of this website. When a verified studio email address is published, it will appear on the contact page and in this policy.

2. Data we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company (optional), project type and project description. When you visit the website, our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit in server logs. We do not operate user accounts, take payments through this website, or ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not send sensitive personal data (for example health, financial account or identification document data) through the contact form.

3. Why we process your data

We process enquiry data only to read and answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and keep the records needed for that communication. We process technical log data to operate the website, keep it secure and diagnose faults. Where the law requires consent, we rely on the consent you give when submitting the form; you can withdraw it at any time (section 6).

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by the hosting and IT providers that keep this website running, acting on our instructions. We may disclose data where Vietnamese law requires it, for example to a competent state authority with lawful authority.

5. Transfers outside Vietnam

Our hosting or IT providers may store or process data outside Vietnam. Where that happens, we take the steps required by Vietnamese data protection law for cross-border transfers and use providers that apply appropriate security measures.

6. Your rights

Under Vietnam's personal data protection law you have the right to: be informed about processing; give or refuse consent; access and correct your data; withdraw consent; request deletion; request restriction of processing; obtain a copy of your data; object to processing, including for marketing; complain, denounce or bring a claim; request compensation for damage; and protect your rights under civil law. To use any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. We respond within the time limits set by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, any follow-up you request, and legal record-keeping duties. Technical logs are kept for short periods by our hosting provider. You may request deletion of your enquiry data at any time (section 6).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS) when deployed, limited access to enquiry data, and reputable hosting. No internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This website presents business services and is not directed at children. If you are a minor under Vietnamese law, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always on this page, with the update date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

11. Complaints

If you believe your personal data rights have been infringed, please contact us first through the contact page so we can resolve it. You also have the right to complain to Vietnam's competent personal data protection authority (the Ministry of Public Security) and to pursue remedies under Vietnamese law.
